SUMMARY 

The Shared Service Analyst assists in developing, interpreting, and implementing complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques across the enterprise related to accounts payable processes while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures by performing various audits and reconciliations within the Card programs. 

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Supports and leads critical financial cycles: period end, yearend, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, physical inventories, internal/external audits, senior management meetings, etc. Supports and leads the interpretation and comparison of business / divisional and enterprise policies. Responsible for identifying differences related to risk, internal controls, efficiencies, etc. Prepares or provides direction for related financial statement analysis impacting balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, etc. according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles with, little or no supervisory review.  Develop positive customer, supplier, and internal business partner relationships through problem-solving, networking, analysis, and other interactions ·      

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a four-year College or university; CPA or CMA preferred. 6-10 years of related work experience Advanced user of Microsoft Suite of office software products (excel, windows, etc.) This role heavily uses Microsoft Excel – must be highly proficient/advanced. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to deal with ambiguity and minimal management direction. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment Advanced problem-solving skills

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
