Responsibilities
Global DPG:
As part of Global DPG (Document Processing Group), you should be able to work on different audit reports and help finalize them and send back to engagement team.
You will be responsible for formatting and finalizing different types of audit reports that will go to client.
Formatting word / ppt documents, grammar check, margin, pagination, and punctuation.
Converting word / Excel / PPT document in PDF and finalizing that PDF by adding letterhead, company signature and watermarks.
Should be comfortable using SharePoint for updating status.
Should be able to handle pressure situation and willing to extend during busy seasons.
Should be a good team player and ready to accept the responsibility of the task assigned.
Coordinate with team at different location included US.
Basic qualifications for the opportunityBachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field is required
Excellent in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
2 + years of working experience with the public accounting firms.
Experience working directly with global counterparts.
Experience in working at Technology environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication
