This role will lead our Mexico City (Santa Fe and Punto Polanco), Mexico shared services sites administratively.
Responsibilities: Partner with local leaders and Global Project Manager to develop timeline, transition and execution of Mexico City center strategy. This would include working with Local Functional Leads, Global Project Manager, Center Leaders network (as needed) and Shared Services Global Leader to coordinate, execute and inform progress for the plan that all agree upon. Qualifications:Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and writtenProven project management and multitasking skills Ability to influence others for the project to be successfulCollaborate with country leadership and local teams to proactively identify issues and solutionsProactively identify opportunities to drive and accelerate value creationAbility to effectively persuade others to achieve common goalsPublic Relations and external representation as needed

Required Education:
