CSS Team Lead, Order To Cash, Americas is responsible for day-to-day issue resolution, escalations, oversight of the team’s daily responsibilities, SLA management, leading through KPI/KRI’s, and supporting the Order to Cash Manager to achieve stream objectives.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities Assist in leading Cash Application, Billing, Collections Work with Customer Service/Commercial groups to ensure business expectations are being met. Reconciliation of the Bad Debt Reserves. Responsible for communicating and resolving issues with customers at various levels of their organizations. Responsible for collection management and resolution of outstanding invoices. Prepare monthly reports on status of major past due accounts for Stream Manager When required, answer inquiries from reporting agencies, other businesses, and credit groups. Assist in directing daily activities and reassessing staff to ensure efficient & effective operations. Performs daily ongoing operational tasks of organization. Experiences/Education - Required BS Degree (Preferably in Finance, Economics, or Accounting 1-2 years experience Strong Analytical skills Team Player Demonstrated supervisory and process management skills Ability to act under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented and organized Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the business internally and externally Desired Skills Knowledge of Credit and Collection Ability to act on initiative Ability to embrace change Ability to be proactive Software Knowledge PeopleSoft GLOBAL AR SAP/S4Hana Microsoft Office Salesforce
