Job Requirements

Our future 5-star hotel, Sax, is assembling its opening team and is looking for a future Commis all day dinning / Room service

Your primary mission: Ensure that each of our guests has an exceptional experience.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Service:

Perform cleaning, setup, and arrangement of sales points.Set up the service area.Participate in the service.Prepare for the next service by advancing setup.

Guest Relations:

Provide a personalized and high-quality welcome to each guest.Contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience.Report any guest complaints to your supervisor.

Quality:

Follow the hotel’s service standards.Represent the hotel’s values, and by extension, those of the Compagnie de Phalsbourg.Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and its products.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with other departments to streamline both the guest and employee experience. This requires versatility across various food and beverage outlets.Create a positive environment and encourage teamwork.

Work Experience

Desired Profile:

Be reactive and well-organized.Excellent communication skills.Previous experience preferred.
