Work you'll do • SharePoint Management: Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, including site creation, configuration, and management to ensure optimal performance and availability. • User and Permissions Management: Oversee user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure appropriate access controls and compliance with organizational policies. • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support for SharePoint issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly, and assist users with technical queries and concerns. • Updates and Patches: Implement and manage updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the SharePoint environment current and secure. • Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage backup and DR plans to protect SharePoint data • Customization and Integration: Configure and customize SharePoint features and workflows, and integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications as needed. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of SharePoint configurations, changes, and issues, and generate regular reports on system performance and usage. Our core capabilities include: IT Operations Delivery & Management, Customer Experience Enhancement, Operations Transformation, transportation modernization, and Emerging Technology platforms such as drones and 5G networks. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role + Travel up to 10% The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000 to $181,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
