The SharePoint Online Administrator is part of a large team dedicated to the management and support of the O365
platform. This position is responsible to manage, configure and maintain the SharePoint Online environment within
Microsoft 365, including creating and managing sites, controlling user access, setting permissions, implementing
workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance and security for all users accessing the platform.

Responsibilities

● Configure, manage, and maintain SharePoint Online environments.
● Create and manage SharePoint Online sites and sub-sites.
● Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations within SharePoint Online.
● Oversee content within SharePoint, including document libraries, lists, and workflows, ensuring data
integrity and proper organization.
● Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes with
SharePoint.
● Monitor and analyze SharePoint Online performance and usage.
● Implement system updates, patches, and releases for SharePoint Online.
● Maintain high-quality documentation for procedures and protocols related to SharePoint Online.
● Develop, configure, and support SharePoint Online environments including site collections, web
applications, and service applications.
● Provide technical support to end users for SharePoint Online issues.
● Ensure data integrity and security within SharePoint Online. Implement and enforce security
policies, managing site permissions, and monitoring for potential security risks.
● Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery operations for SharePoint Online.

Qualifications

● Proven work experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator.
● Experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and related Microsoft 365 services.
● Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, solution design, and best practices.
● Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
● Proficient with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Knowledge with Microsoft Power Platform and AI a plus
