Transform the Digital Workplace with Us:We are consultants in Global Business Services focusing on reporting, analytics, and visualization of data. We seek to inspire and drive the digitalization community across Siemens. Using these tasks and processes we provide advice and discover/define ideas for reporting, automation, and digitalization. We actively communicate with colleagues as well as internal and external clients. We are in close contact with various internal partners to promote a collective understanding of digital transformation, opportunities, and best practice sharing. We also provide internal training to enable colleagues within various departments to make use of the latest technologies.  Your Profile for "Building the Future Together":Extensive experience with SharePoint on-premises, with a strong focus on SharePoint farm architecture—including planning, deploying, and managing multi-server farms.Proficiency in configuring and managing SharePoint services across a farm, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.In-depth knowledge of SharePoint databases and the role of SQL Server in SharePoint architecture, including backup and restore strategies, disaster recovery planning, and performance tuning.Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Farm management, automation, and troubleshooting.Solid understanding of related Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, IIS, and load balancing, as they pertain to SharePoint environments.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.A deep understanding of IT governance and compliance, particularly as it relates to SharePoint Farm security and management, is highly desirable.Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server, ITIL, or PMP are advantageous.
