Complete Description:  The Bureau of Information Management requires a SharePoint Developer to assist in content migration, tool creation, and updates to navigation in their existing SharePoint implementation. 
The developer should be able to make independent assessment of work, create a work plan and present to IM staff, and implement the work plan with minimal assistance from IM staff.  
The developer must be proficient in SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013.
