The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a SharePoint / Web Developer in support of a federal government customer. The candidate will develop, modify, and maintain Office 365 SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform solutions. They will participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Location: Springfield, VA (Currently Remote, can change at any point due to government guidance)

Responsibilities:
About the Role:
• Develop portal solutions by studying requirements and information needs; interfacing with stakeholders and IT Management (government and contractor); studying work processes to develop workflows, data usage; test, debug, deploy, and maintain solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into quality/timely solutions.
• Experience in migrations from SharePoint Classic to Modern experience leveraging Power Automate and Power Platform Canvas Apps. Power Apps responsive canvas design for mobile and larger screen formats.
• Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 SharePoint tools.
• Design, develop, and manage site content and capabilities and provide daily maintenance of sites and applications.
• Perform SharePoint administration to include managing permissions. Create, leverage, and manage content types, site columns, lookups, and templates for re-use in sites. Determine and create scalable structure for top level, directorate, division, and branch sites.
• Develop Business Intelligence dashboards using Power BI.
• Document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment.
• Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software.
• Maintain product test software and demos for training purposes.


Qualifications:
Required: 
• DHS EOD Eligible (Active EOD preferred)
• BS or equivalent and 10 years of applicable experience, to include a minimum 3 years’ experience developing SharePoint Online
• Hands on experience in front-end web development Office 365 Patterns and Practices project and Microsoft Office UI Fabric
• Experience with the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications
• Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service Oriented Architecture
• Experience with SharePoint’s application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services
• Knowledge of regulations such as the Privacy Act that affect what can be collected (surveys and customer service assessments), and the Freedom of Information Act affecting what can be disclosed as well as OMB legislation governing web sites.

Desired:
• Previous DHS or DoD experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Microsoft SharePoint 2019 or O365 Certification
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Experience in SharePoint migrations
• Experience with InfoPath, Visio
• Agile development methodology

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
