About Us: We are a dynamic organization seeking a talented and experienced SharePoint Expert to join our team. If you have a strong background in implementing Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS) and a proven track record in Digital Transformation, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain SharePoint-based EDRMS for medium-sized organizations.
Provide technical expertise in information, data, and documents/records management solutions, preferably within the UN or other inter-governmental organizations.
Leverage strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies to enhance organizational workflows and processes.
Utilize technical knowledge of AI solutions and modeling to innovate and optimize document management.
Successfully deliver on Digital Transformation implementation programs, with at least two relevant projects completed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user requirements and build consensus, using initiative and experience.
Foster a deep understanding of the UN environment and align solutions accordingly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing an EDRMS for medium-sized organizations.
Strong technical knowledge of information, data, and documents/records management solutions.
Extensive expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies.
Proficiency in AI solutions and modeling.
Demonstrable record of successful Digital Transformation projects.
Excellent ability to work with evolving user requirements and build consensus.
Familiarity with the UN environment and its unique requirements.
