Our work depends on a SharePoint Developer joining our team to support Government activities in Annapolis Junction, MD or Sterling, VA.

As a SharePoint Developer supporting the Government, charged with engineering solutions which integrate SharePoint services with load balancing systems, enhance existing technologies, and provides a roadmap for the customer’s future infrastructure.
In this role, a typical day may include:
+ Designs and defines system architecture and system design documentation for new or existing computer systems
+ Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
+ Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities
+ Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
+ Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
+ Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations
+ Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
+ Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
+ Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
+ Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
+ Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
+ Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline + 10 years’ experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience
+ Experience with SharePoint administration and configuration: Beyond development
+ Strong knowledge of SharePoint APIs
+ Experience in front-end programming languages, i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
+ Experience managing SharePoint Online
+ Experience managing SharePoint on-premises infrastructure and applications
+ Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and managing SharePoint environment
+ Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
+ Solid proactive problem-solving skills

The likely salary range for this position is $182,873 - $247,417. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
