**ManTech** is seeking a motivated, mission-oriented **SharePoint Engineer** , in the **Springfield, VA** area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** The tasks will include designing, developing, and deploying solutions to improve organizational knowledge sharing and awareness. Candidate will work with a small team committed to supporting our DoD customer. Position is responsible for engineering new and maintaining current IT tool-sets relevant to the environment. + Responsible for the software development processes and outcomes for customer + Support content design of Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019 collaboration environments + Serves as a technical point of contact for use of SharePoint + Engage and communicate with stakeholders across both business and technology functions + Plan, create, configure, customize, check, and remedy issues related to SharePoint Sites and user requirements from tickets submitted to Help Desk + Creation of dashboards based on key performance indicators + Create and/or implement graphical design for customer SharePoint site branding + Conduct and participate in regularly scheduled and ad hoc SharePoint testing **Minimum Qualifications:** + Must have 5+ years’ experience within information systems and related security technologies + Background experience designing and implementing enterprise scale solutions + Experience with software architecture, software development fundamentals, object-oriented design, and Web user interface design + Experience with SharePoint 2016 Administration (Setup, troubleshoot, farm admin) + SharePoint - Farm Level Proficiency and knowledge of content types, Search, design/use of libraries, sites/subsites, site permissions, and information management policies + Experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and C# + Working Knowledge with Team Foundation Server + Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills + Security+ certification or other IAT Level II certification **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge of HTML, XML, Java Script, CSS, and transact-SQL + Experience using DevExpress controls + Exposure to ESRI products (Portal, Desktop PRO, Server) + Understand setup of and troubleshooting Windows IIS + Familiarity with DISA STIGs **Clearance Requirements:** + Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) Eligibility **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
