Leidos is seeking an onsite SharePoint/JIRA Administrator for a position as part of a team supporting AFLCMC/HNCD Cyber Sustainment program in San Antonio, TX. The SharePoint/JIRA Administrator is responsible for performing all areas of SharePoint and JIRA administration including systems administration, application management, change control, risk management and validation and verification for multiple product baselines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and users to include adding external plug-ins and modifying JQL as neededWork with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and JIRA administrationUpdate and maintain a collaborative solutions-based framework of websites and portals in a Microsoft SharePoint environmentPerform the administration of sites, libraries, and lists for SharePoint spaces on various domainsAnalyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvementManage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teamsPerform application and system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs.Research and utilize industry standard methods and techniquesSupport site setup, permission management, troubleshooting, and service requests for customers, content managers and knowledge managersCommunicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levelsServes as backup facility manager, responding to alarms and facility requests with the primary facility manager is unavailableBasic Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experienceCandidate must be a resident of the San Antonio, TX area or willing to relocateCandidate must possess an active Secret security clearanceHands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA as a Project/Application AdministratorAbility to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA, a mustSharePoint administration experience in an operational environmentSolid knowledge of SharePoint Online and collaboration toolsScripting experience, including Windows PowerShellMust have strong work ethic with good time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.IAT Level II Baseline CertificationMust possess an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearanceUS CitizenPreferred Qualifications:
