**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Senior SharePoint Developer** to join a fast-growing team based in **Center City, Philadelphia** . This full-time position involves working on custom web parts for **SharePoint** using **React** and **TypeScript** , as well as the **SharePoint Framework (SPFx)** . You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's intranet and extranet platforms, with an emphasis on creating innovative solutions for client-facing applications. This role requires the flexibility to come into the office **1x per month** .
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and independent developer to take ownership of all things **SharePoint** . You’ll be the go-to expert on SharePoint development, working closely with a talented team to build custom web parts, optimize intranet functionality, and improve the **Client Connect** extranet for secure client collaboration. **Required Skills & Experience**
+ Extensive experience with **SharePoint** , including custom web parts and the **SharePoint Framework (SPFx)** .
+ Proficient in **React** and **TypeScript** for building SharePoint solutions.
+ Experience developing intranet and extranet platforms.
+ Strong understanding of **GraphQL API** and integrating it with **Azure** .
+ Ability to work independently and be the sole SharePoint developer on a team.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
+ Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development.
+ Previous experience working in legal or enterprise environments is a plus.
+ Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Ability to mentor and guide junior developers as needed.

+ Integrating **GraphQL APIs** and communicating with **Azure** for data and functionality.
+ Being the lead **SharePoint** expert and sole developer responsible for all related projects.
+ Collaborating with the director of innovation and other internal teams to shape the future of the platform.
**Tech Breakdown**
+ **70% Front End Development** : Creating custom SharePoint web parts with React and TypeScript.
+ **30% Backend Development** : Working with GraphQL APIs, Azure, and SharePoint configuration.
**Daily Responsibilities**
+ **90% Hands-On Development** : Coding, testing, and deploying new features for SharePoint and the extranet platform.
+ **10% Team Collaboration** : Collaborating with the product team, stakeholders, and director of innovation to prioritize features and improvements.
