Position Objective:
Develop and implement a customer focused strategic digital marketing plan that exceeds client expectations and enables Shaw Contract to meet our global business objectives. The ideal candidate is an innovative marketing leader with experience in leading a team and leveraging digital tools to drive growth. Utilize an operational mindset to digital strategy, website and product management, guiding the team through all stages of the process working closely with a cross-organizational team of marketing, design, IT and sales. Define strategic direction, with a clear understanding of how to successfully launch new digital products that improve the user experience. Excellent communication skills are fundamental; they must be able to effectively convey complex concepts across all organizational levels, both internally and with external customers and partners. Strategic and project management roles include the execution of websites, mobile applications, digital product catalogs, intranet portals, newsletters, articles, email campaigns, collateral materials and other essential marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage our digital strategy and implementation.
Lead, coach and develop our digital, content, communication and social media team members.
Provide thought-leadership on products and experience; promote best-practices, new ideas, in-depth research, to build the Shaw Contract brand.
Understand and anticipate market requirements and work with internal teams and external vendors to develop business analysis and solutions with emphasis on digital leadership.
Develop thorough understanding of all commercial division business units and their customers--A&D, end use, dealer, national accounts and international clients--and drive solutions to meet their business needs.
Develop roll-out, training and implementation plans for new products and features ensuring tools are leveraged to their full capability.
Utilize effective project management when launching new digital products, features and tools, exercising sound decision-making abilities.
Run data-driven experiments and analysis as well as quality testing to optimize products and inform the strategy.
Provide leadership to the team through effective management, coaching, mentoring and career planning.
Understand principles of design, user experience and customer experience to drive digital marketing strategies and efforts and ensure alignment with the brand.
Ensure the end product is relevant, brand compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations to commercial brand leaders and drive projects to completion. Synthesizes and analyzes data from a variety of sources, including internal sales data and Google Analytics, to inform digital strategy and benchmark performance against targets
Implement search engine optimization best practices on all customer-facing websites to ensure year-over-year targeted traffic increase. '
Develop sound business cases to examine benefits, risks, costs and return on investment for major digital projects.
Lead and participate in corporate digital initiatives and establish relationships across the organization to ensure commercial strategies are aligned with corporate strategies; fully leverage existing investments and reduce overall cost of ownership of digital solutions.
Manage capital and expense funds associated with digital strategy, design, and development.
Leverage knowledge of demand generation to develop, implement, and optimize paid and organic advertising strategies in conjunction with segment marketing leaders to increase qualified traffic and improve website sample order conversion rate.
Collaborate and lead digital efforts across our portfolio of global websites.

Qualifications:
4-year degree or equivalent experience
Digital experience is a requirement, including website and content strategy and management and SEO and email marketing. experience with digital marketing tools such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Full Story, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog preferred
Minimum 5 years marketing experience
Minimum 3 years leading a high-performing team
Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex company strategies
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
Ability to develop and implement alternate solutions.
