Develop and implement successful sales strategy for responsible region to achieve sales target. 1. Implement "Go-To-Market" strategy for responsible region, and set the sales targets for responsible sales team. 2. Develop and propose growth forecasts & sales budgets, and manage sales productivity in line with the sales strategy. 3. Guide and support sales team to identify reagent assays add on and other portfolio sales opportunities for existing base business to achieve sales target 4. Nurture and build close customer relationship to understand better their needs enabling high proportion of account renewal including collaboration with Business Development team in renewing key strategic accounts 5. Give constant coaching to sales team for capability enhancement, sales team development, motivation and retention. 6. Maintain close relationship with Key Accounts/KOL and healthcare industry related departments/associates in responsible sub-region for long-term business growth. 7. Cultivate key strategic accounts/KOLs and converting them as our SHS DX total solution advocates 8. Manage Business Partner in responsible sub-region and manage the instrument inventory well 9. Cooperate with cross functional departments, to ensure high customer satisfaction. 10. Manage business proactively in compliance regulations. 11. Other tasks assigned by management Requirements: - 10-years working experience in Healthcare/IVD and 5-years management experience within sales function. - Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management and negotiation tactics. - Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analytics. - Fully understanding of government policy of medical device industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English. - Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking. - Positive attitude, be able to work under high pressure. - Frequent travel is required. - Bachelor degree or above with major in medical, marketing, business or related Our global team: We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
