Mission/ Position Headline: Developing and acquiring NEW customers, implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Renewing key large EXISTING customers, workflow support , customer advocacy, partnership with BPs to close key deals.
Areas of Responsibilities: 1. Implement “Go-To-Market” strategy for responsible area and set the sales targets for responsible Business Development team 2. Prepare and manage the business development budget, including forecasting revenue, tracking expenses, and reporting regularly on performance. 3. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, including capital sales of diagnostic instruments 4. Support Account Management team in renewing key strategic accounts 5. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share gain by utilizing a consultative sales approach. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer total solutions, combining instrument sales with complementary diagnostic reagents. 7. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, government policy updates and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement. 8. Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior leadership 9. Manage business proactively in compliance regulations. 10. Other tasks assigned by management.
Education and Experience
Experience- 10-years working experience in Healthcare/IVD and 5-years management experience within sales function.- Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management and negotiation tactics.- Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analytics.- Fully understanding of government policy of medical device industry- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English.- Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking.- Positive attitude, be able to work under high pressure.- Frequent travel is required.
EducationBachelor degree or above with major in medical, marketing, business or related
