Requisitos:

Carrera concluida 2 a 5 años de experiencia en Seguridad Industrial, Analisis de riesgos y salud ocupacional Liderazgo para llevar un equipo de trabajo. Seguimiento a indicadores claves de negocio. Inglés medio- avanzado. Excel medio –avanzado. Radicar en Guadalajara o 100% disponibilidad de cambio de residencia. Disponibilidad para Viajar

 

Objetivo del puesto:

Desarrollar y Gestionar la implementacion de los programas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional necesarios en la region comercial, apoyando a las operaciones en el adecuado establecimiento de los estandares Heineken y regulacion Nacional. Valida la evaluacion de los diferentes riegos desarrollados por las gerencias de Zona para las personas. Implementar servicios y programas de medicina preventiva, para mentener y/o mejorar la salud y prevenis enfermedades relacionadas al trabajo en la region comercial.
