Key responsibilities
Core Role - SHE
Update RDMY SHE Goals tracking and monitor the trend towards the SHE goals and for SHE reporting on a monthly basis
Coordinate building related SHE matters including quarterly inspection / walkabout. Follow up on action items to ensure closure by the respective department
Monitoring and documenting the implementation of SHE programs and action plans, in order to close identified gaps SHE audit report closure item
Track and monitor accidents and incidents, occupational injuries and illnesses
Support and coordinate SHE training for all employees
Maintain a system for receiving, documenting and responding to SHE related reports and complaints
Ensuring that all legally required documents and permits are available and up to date
Responsible person to enforce and report any SHE non-compliance
Monitors and assesses the local security exposure and proposes the necessary preventive measures
Assist in vendor / contractor audit and follow up on corrective / preventive action items
Engage with branch personnel on SHE related matters
Office fleet / vehicle safety
Core Role - Facilities and Estate Management
Manage branch tenancy and maintenance. Visit branches at least once a year to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance is done
Liaison person with all landlord / building management for all RDMY tenanted premises with Malaysia
Manage facilities requirement including safety and security needs
On-site parking management
Conduct / coordinate facilities assessment as and when require local management or global facilities
Supports and advises company/site senior management, line management and employees in all security matters (physical/access, personnel, information and product related).
Supports the organization for compliance with legal security regulations and with Roche security requirements (K19).
Reports critical security situations/incidents to his superior and to the CSO.
Monitors and assesses the local security exposure and proposes the necessary preventive measures.
Is involved in major projects (also in design phase) representing the security stake and requirements.
Is able to manage critical issues/cases related to security of the company/site (including participation in investigations).
Establishes and maintains close contacts with law enforcement authorities/police and professional organizations and associations.
Member of the emergency management team.
BCM
Assist in BCM implementation and monitoring
Dept Admin
Working and collaborate with HR on Employee Vaccination Program and SOCSO claim (if any)
New hires enrollment/update/termination for Medical Insurance (AIA)
Assist in Employee Benefits Renewal and Program Maintenance
Upkeep and maintenance of personal files.
Ensure, personal files is up to date and information is updated accordingly
Coordinate yearly personal data update
Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Engineering/SHE/related security studies or professional certifications (preferred).
At least 4-6 years’ experience on managing SHE programs and audit experience working with local regulatory authorities in Safety and Security matters (preferred)
Experience working in an MNC environment will be an added advantage.
