Job Summary:
Seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair internal and external aircraft structures for F-16 modifications, with a focus on precision drilling and structural assembly.

Responsibilities:

Install fasteners, drill bulkheads, skins, and assemble fuselage components. Perform heavy precision drilling, countersinking, and reaming precision holes. Ensure compliance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. Conduct aircraft modifications and structural repairs. Work in various positions, including kneeling, climbing on fuselage parts, and using ladders or stands. Perform hands-on production work with minimal bench work.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in aviation production drilling and structural work. Extensive experience in precision drilling on aircraft structures. Ability to work any shift, including second shift and weekends. Experience working in a hands-on production environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with F-16 aircraft structures and modifications. Familiarity with FAA regulations and engineering drawings. Strong background in aviation structural assembly and fastener installation.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
