**_HVAC Sheet Metal Installer - Company Paid Health Insurance!_** We are looking to hire HVAC duct work installers with commercial experience. These are commercial projects located in the Kansas City area. The pay range here is $20-25 per hour based on experience. Most of our field employees are getting 45 to 50 hours per week. All applicants must have their own personal vehicle, and be ready to work hard outside for 40+ hours a week. Company paid health benefits and pay will be weekly for employee convenience and there is no one week delay! Standards for Ultimate Employees + Be professional at all times + Valid License + Personal Reliable Transportation + Dress accordingly + Perform the task at hand to the best of your abilities + Show up on time everyday + Show up everyday with a great attitude Job Responsibilities + Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services. + Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses. + Performing preventative maintenance by cleaning reheat coils and air handling units, and monitoring and calibrating air handling units. + Improving air quality by cleaning ducts to optimize efficiency. + Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork. + Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly. + Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. + Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions. + Maintaining service truck. + Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Health and Safety Act. Job Skills & Qualifications + One or more years of experience in HVAC installation + Ability to use basic tools for installations, service and production project + Ability to lift heavy equipment + Excellent stamina Why work for Ultimate?
