The Role

Power Technique North America is looking for an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills. Someone who is well organized and structured with an affinity for technology would be ideal for this role. We are searching for someone who is comfortable with the ISO standards.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
HEALTH & SAFETY
Coordinating and tracking completion of monthly safety trainings and toolboxes.Managing monthly safety walkthroughs at company locations, ensuring the quality of the walkthroughs, and tracking the idenfitication of risks and actions to mitigate those risks.Conducting accident investigations and recommending actions to mitigate future risks.Coordinating the annual Safety Day event.Appointing a Safety Committee and conducting regular meetings with minutes and reporting back to the management team.Ensuring the selection, training, and certification of onsite First Responders (first aid, CPR, etc.).Providing reporting and metrics for review at staff meetings, BRMs, CRMs and other company meetings.ENVIRONMENT
Recommending and implementing activities aimed at reducing the company's impact on the environment.In consultation with Service Center Managers, preparing monthly and quarterly environmental reporting.QUALITY
Maintaining company documents, policies, and procedures on the ACMS site.Preparing for and managing internal and external audits as required for ISO registrations and internal Atlas Copco controls.Ensuring that the Atlas Copco Group Quality Policy is posted and understood throughout the company.What you can expect from us?

What we expect of you?
A 4-year, bachelor's degree in SHEQ or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in SHEQ, working in an industrial equipment company.Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.City
