SHES Analyst - Onshore

We are working with a Major Oil & Gas operator to source for SHES Analyst. This is a long-term contract role working on a residential basis 6-days per week / 10 hours to be based at site (Ras Laffan Industrial City).

Title: SHES Analyst
Start Date: Negotiable (typically within 1 month notice)
Duration: 36 months (potential for extension)
Location: Site (Ras Laffan Industrial City), Qatar
Working Schedule: 6-days per week / 10 hours per day
Job Purpose:
Provides expertise in establishing a mechanism for collecting various SHES related information, build data models for effective trending, maintain SHES databases and prepare timely SHES performance reports and presentations.
Accountabilities: Establish various platforms or mechanism for collecting various HSE data. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather relevant HSE information. Validate the collected information, build SHES data models, develop and maintain HSE databases. Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Provide seamless and simplified data entry, data trending and data retrieval as appropriate. Establish effective means to develop and maintain SHES KPIs as per the SHES Plan and various other contractual requirements. Conduct in-depth analysis of HSE data to identify additional key performance indicators. Collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure timely & accurate provision of HSE data to support reporting requirements. Analyse trends and patterns in HSE data to identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance safety and compliance measures at site. Develop SHES dashboard. Maintains SHES SharePoint and LAN to organise SHES data. Oversee and coordinate SHES document management. Support Contractor focal point and provide necessary guidance in establishing their SHES Reporting Systems.
Qualifications:
Preferred: NEBOSH IGC
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in SHES.
Knowledge and/or Experience 10 years relevant experience associated with SHES data management. Knowledge of SHES Management System. Experience with preparing various SHES reports to management. Demonstrable experience with HVAC control systems, airflow, refrigeration and chilled water commissioning Experience and understanding of HVAC interfacing systems and controls, including Fire and Gas Systems.
