The Specialist for SHES Systems is responsible for the following:

Management of data analytics to support inestablishing, improving and implementing governanceand programs to build and sustain a proactive SHES management culture Preparation of AP SHES Standard reports that will enablean effective and efficient governance through performance monitoring Manages the SHES Systems including but not limited to Watch App (for behavioral based safety program), Incident Reporting and Investigation platforms, Audit findings recording and resolution, SHE Maturity Index etc. Conducts trainings and cascade to BUs regarding SHE Systems related programs
