Duties and Responsivities

Carry out 2 rotating shift works, record and maintain all the facility equipment's and electrical installation performance data. Timely update the power consumption reports. To maintain sub-station of 33kV and LV. Carry out maintenance and repair work in electrical installation related to electrical work only (for competent person). Repair and trouble shoot electrical, mechanical, problem to production lines. Timely update the power consumption reports and cost saving project package. Responsible for adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards such as SS and TPM. Ensures that all contractors, Vendors on site aware of and adhere to all Company Safety Procedures and that they signify by signing the proper documentation. Coordinate and supervise contractors for timely setup of manufacturing utilities. To be responsible for full and proper documentation of each and every product and project assigned to you and their up to date recording. This includes all emails and electronic communications. To provide daily reports on all areas of your job functions (in electronic communications or through communication book) included any un-normal issue. Make sure that completed works meet specifications and safety standards Investigating electrical system or equipment failures and recommend actions to enhance reliability.

Other job-related duties as assigned. Note: No person shall, without the lawful authority of the owner or person under the control of a competent person shall enter to Electrical Switch Room unless the permission from registered BO 33Kv Competent Person was given.
