Electrical maintenance of all plant equipment

Responsibilities Understanding of PLC Logic and HMI's (Capable of troubleshooting control issues)Industrial Networks (ControlNet, Device Net, Profibus, Ethernet)Strong Motor skills Strong troubleshooting skills Understanding of Process Instrumentation and Applications Medium and High Voltage Switchgear (up to 161kV) Ability to work without direct supervision (Self Motivated) Ability to multi-task & follow through on projects with peers.Willingness to learn and train others. Good communication skills with ability to log activities in a database.Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc...) Outstanding work recordMust be willing to work unscheduled days when needed          Qualifications

Required:

Basic knowledge of power distribution, AC motors and motor controlExperience in relay control circuits and/or PLC’sSkilled at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and installation of electrical equipment

Preferred:

At least 2 years working as an electrician or technician in an industrial environment or a 2-year electrical tech degree.Experienced in working on controls and distribution.Good working knowledge and understanding of Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs and drives.
