**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. 有效通过工单系统执行预防性维护，并在MAXIMO 系统中完整记录维修活动。 Efficiency to perform PM through Work order system，record maintenance activities in Maximo system 2. 确保日常维护中持续符合GMP规范。 Ensure consistent compliance to GMP in daily maintenance 3. 遵照公司EHS 政策，确保零安全事故发生，消除工作中的危险源和不安全行为。 Fully follow the company’s EHS policies, ensure zero accident and eliminate hazards or unsafety action 4. 建立持续改进项目来减少维修成本，增强维修效率。 Initiating continuous improvement project to reduce the maintenance cost, increase maintenance efficiency **QUALIFICATIONS** 1. 职业技术学校及以上毕业，机械，电气或自动化专业优先。 Technical school or above and major in mechanical , electrical ,automation is advantaged 2. 3年以上工程部门或职能方面工作经验 3 years working experience in engineering 3. 有很好的在食品/药品制造行业的GMP 和GDP知识和经验 Good practical knowledge of GMP and GDP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing 4. 有很好的文件管理方面的知识和经验 Good knowledge and practice in documentation management 5. 良好的团队合作精神，沟通技巧 Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills 6. 能读写英语 Able to read and writing English 7. 基本的电脑操作技能 Basic computer operation skill.
