About the Role

As a Trade Qualified Fitter, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-speed machinery. Reporting to the shift supervisor, you'll work rotating shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am) and play a crucial role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

Operating and maintaining high-speed machinery Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical breakdowns Performing preventive maintenance and assisting with machinery changeovers Ensuring safety and quality standards are met Contributing to continuous improvement and minimizing downtime

 

What We’re Looking For

Trade Qualified Fitter with at least 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience (ideally in a high-volume manufacturing environment) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet A can-do attitude with the willingness to help out wherever needed Ability to work rotating shifts and a commitment to safety and quality Pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
