What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll help run the show by:

Leading by example and creating a positive, team-first atmosphereCoaching and motivating crew members to deliver awesome guest experiencesManaging shift priorities, setting goals, and celebrating winsKeeping things running smoothly by following brand standards and safety guidelinesSolving problems on the fly and keeping the team focused and efficientSupporting training efforts and helping team members grow

What We’re Looking For:

A people-first mindset with strong communication skillsExperience in food service, retail, or team leadership is a plusBasic math and computer skillsA calm, focused leader who can think fast and act smartA great attitude and commitment to keeping things clean, safe, and fun
