Smoothie King, a successful and rapidly expanding food and beverage brand, is seeking Shift Leaders to join our team. With over 1,100 units operating in 33 states, the Caymans, Trinidad, and the Republic of Korea, Smoothie King is committed to providing nutritious and delicious options to our customers. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining efficient store operations, and enforcing store policies. Alongside the General Manager, you will provide guidance to team members during your assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

Blend delicious tasting smoothiesEnsure guests' purposes are met when ordering smoothiesGreet and engage guests to provide a friendly experienceProperly prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquidsPerform opening and/or closing dutiesPerform store checklist tasksShow up on time and ready to workLive and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Essential Functions:

Operate a blender and POS cashier systemRegularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the storeConstantly position yourself to bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shiftsAbility to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°FTolerate exposure to food allergensHave knowledge of Microsoft Office and general POS functionalityExcellent communication skills and ability to give and receive feedbackBe extremely reliableEqual Opportunity Employer
