Job Requirements

As a shift leader at our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, leading a team of Crew Members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include supervising and training staff, managing schedules, maintaining quality and cleanliness standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
