WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Management of allloading/unloadingactivities in FinishedGoods Warehouse in accordancewiththecompany'sgoalsandstandards,
Preparingandpublishingdepartmentweeklyshiftplans
Responsibleforsupervisingwarehouselabor(s) anddriver(s).
Responsiblefortheeffectivedistribution of productsthroughefficientrouteplanning.
Ensuringeffectiveuse of WMS system in stackingandloadingwiththeprinciple of FIFO based on theexpirydate.
Participatingtomonthlyandyearlyinventorycounts.
Takingandimplementingnecessaryprecautions in ordertopreventallkinds of waste in thewarehouseandto minimize the time losses,
Takingnecessaryoccupationalhealthandsafetymeasuresandensuringthattherules on thisissuearefollowed
EnsuringFinishedGoods Warehouse andthesectionsaccepted as itsattachmentsarecleanandtidy
TrackingandreportingKPI’s of operations.
Knowing how toexcludetheblockeditemsfromstockwhilemakingproductiondeterminationsto be enteredintothecomputer
TheLogisticsresponsibleoverseesandsuperviseswarehouseemployeesanddriverstomake sure allitemsareprepared, shipped, andreceived on time whilecomplyingwithcompanypolicy. They act as a liaisonbetweenworkersandmanagementandreport on shippingactivitiesandissues.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree on related fields
Team management experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions preferred,
Abletowork in shift
Abilitytoworkdetailorientedandorganizedundertighttimelines,
Abilitytoadaptflexibleworkingconditionsandwillingtowork in factoryenvironment,
Being an action-orientedpersonand has a mindsettoturncrisisintoopportunities
Living (orwillingtolive) in Konya
Skills
Experience in using SAP program
Advanced level MS Office knowledge
Experience on WMS systems.
High communicationskills
Excellent in English both written and spoken.
