WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Management of all loading/unloading activities in Finished Goods Warehouse in accordance with the company's goals and standards,
Preparing and publishing department weekly shift plans
Responsible for supervising warehouse labor(s) and driver(s).
Responsible for the effective distribution of products through efficient route planning.
Ensuring effective use of WMS system in stacking and loading with the principle of FIFO based on the expiry date.
Participating to monthly and yearly inventory counts.
Taking and implementing necessary precautions in order to prevent all kinds of waste in the warehouse and to minimize the time losses,
Taking necessary occupational health and safety measures and ensuring that the rules on this issue are followed
Ensuring Finished Goods Warehouse and the sections accepted as its attachments are clean and tidy
Tracking and reporting KPI’s of operations.
Knowing how to exclude the blocked items from stock while making production determinations to be entered into the computer
The Logistics responsible oversees and supervises warehouse employees and drivers to make sure all items are prepared, shipped, and received on time while complying with company policy. They act as a liaison between workers and management and report on shipping activities and issues.
Good level of English
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree on related fields
Team management experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions preferred,
Able to work in shift
Ability to work detail oriented and organized under tight timelines,
Ability to adapt flexible working conditions and willing to work in factory environment,
Being an action-oriented person and has a mindset to turn crisis into opportunities
Living (or willing to live) in Konya
Skills
Experience in using SAP program
Advanced level MS Office knowledge
Experience on WMS systems.
High communication skills
Excellent in English both written and spoken.
