The expectations of a successful Five Guys Shift Manager
\t\t
\t\t-Must be 18 years or older
\t\t-Open availability 7 days a week is preferred but not required.
\t\t-Prior management experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
\t\t-Ability to uphold all Five Guys policies and procedures by leading by example.
\t\t-Labor and food cost controls.
\t\t-Highly energetic.
\t\t-Ability to train and coach staff.
\t\t-great attitude and a smile all while having fun.
