With 10,600 employees, the Company’s casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role

Responsible for supervising all Cages, promoting outstanding customer service, protecting company funds, and maintaining compliance of all regulations, company policies, and industry standards, during an assigned shift.

Responsibilities Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Cage Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Exercises supervisory control over supervisors, main bank, and cashier functions in all designated cage areas. Enforces all Company and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with state and Federal regulations. Oversees preparation of daily bank deposit. Safeguards all of the Company's assets in their control. Approves and establishes guest credit. Observes and evaluates cage personnel. Issues memos as required. Prepares weekly schedules for cage personnel. Interacts with both internal and external guests. Observes and assists during shift change in all designated cage areas. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or four years related experience and/or training with at least 1 year of full-time cage supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
