Description Implements approved company policy & supervises the operation of the slot machines and

performance of Slot personnel during assigned shift.

Responsible for training, management, and equitable treatment of staff. Promotes positive customer relations. Responsible for scheduling of Slot Service Hosts. Assist in the performance of Slot Service Host duties when business demands. Resolves minor guest complaints through the use of our service recovery procedures with a sense of

urgency and empathy with approved levels of authority.

Keeps slot areas clean, secure, and well maintained. Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s

internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds. Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). Always follow the Company Service Standards model. Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and

weekends.
