Here’s how:  Lead the daily activities of organizing and assigning work responsibilities to Team Members; effectively communicate all relevant information to ensure proper execution and to meet all necessary job requirements. Monitor production and warehouse activities regularly in designated sections to ensure daily targets are met and resources are in place to achieve these targets.Maintain a high level of job satisfaction and safety awareness (following the guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Act), while maintaining a high level of morale. Provide daily/weekly status reports to DC Management indicating progress and updates. Make ongoing recommendations for continued process improvements.Ensure all Team Members receive training for assigned tasks.Prepare and conduct Team Member progress reviews.Perform other duties as requested.We’re looking for: 5 – 10 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment including at least 1 year experience in a leadership role.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated leadership capabilities and previous supervisory experience.Ability to learn and navigate new systems and functionality quickly, with knowledge of existing HH systems.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, obtain information, determine course of action, and follow through to successful resolution.
