·         Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift

·         Enforce all safety and processing procedures

·         Enable effective communications between management and operators

·         Provide training and guidance new employees and coach existing employees

·         Run machines during break times & assist your team when needed

·         Monitors teams’ efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.

·         Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance

·         Notify management when equipment requires maintenance or repair

·         Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance)

·       Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
