Job Description
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years supervisory experience in maintenance of deluxe hotel. He/she should have good knowledge in A/C, ref and kitchen equipment repair and maintenance, power and steam generation. He/she should also be experienced in hotel engineering plant operations, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary for more than 10 years.
Other Standard ResponsibilitiesComplies to the Company policies.Works within all pre-set budgetary limits.Takes on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.Develops and updates policies and manuals, as related to the Division/Department, for implementation in the field, while ensuring compliance to the same for consistency across the group.Actively participates in and leads recruitment and talent development for the division/department, to meet both current and future needs.Is a “Brand Ambassador” at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.Models the Company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations, maintenance and repair of all technical systems within the hotel during a shift. He/she should contribute to the department's day-to-day operational efficiency.
