San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238 acres in rural San Pasqual Valley. SPA is equipped with all the amenities of a private high school, including classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, softball, and football. Our unique campus features residential staff and house parents serving as surrogate parents who mentor and tutor students, teach age-appropriate independent living skills, create opportunities to explore new interests, encourage participation in sports and recreation, assist in the exploration of career and job opportunities, and promote family living skills.
Pay: starting at $66,560 annually.

What you will do: As the site Shift Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living. Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements and supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.
To be considered you should: Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting. Related and/or previous experience may be substituted with approval~ Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture Behavior modification program. Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Shift 1– Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
Shift 2- Wednesday/ Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday
