Scope and Purpose:- 

To assure the correct execution of the program of production coordinating the operators of his/her shift and checking the correct execution of the tasks assigned and assure the respect of the safety and environment norms.  Adhere to the plan provided by Logistics team. Adherence to quality parameters by following the systems and rules laid down by the management. Training to new team members and improve upon their skills  Authorized for reporting the shift performance to the Manager in PQCDSM parameter  Authorized to check update of the daily check sheets AM/hourly sheet /B/D slip on time reporting  Authorized for stop the production line when parts are not confirming the quality parameters and machine having abnormal conditions. Adherence to the plan for the set up on all machines given by planning   Authorized for material declaration and internal transfer in the AF & AX system.  

Result area and main activities:-

Ensuring the achievement of the production planned objectives, according to time/quality/quantity parameters. Guarantees the efficient and effective use of the necessary and available resources, techniques and instruments, by ensuring the law conformity in terms of safety and environment, according to the referring regulation and the instructions of the Plant Manager, coordinating with the Manufacturing Manager. Working as Disc Shop Team Leader to achieve productivity as per plan and reduce internal / external complaints & PPM.  And work as per the QMS procedure. Participation of self and also team to improve upon process and product quality Improve resource utilization with minimum losses and scraps.  Working as Disc Shop Team Leader to achieve productivity as per plan and reduce internal / external complaints & PPM. and work as per the QMS procedure. Qualifications :-

Diploma or bachelor’s degree with 5 to 10 years of experience Degree in Mechanical engineering with 3 to 6 years of experience. Can work on night shift. Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
