Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop team members, ensuring guest satisfaction. Uphold food, service, and cleanliness standards. Manage daily operations: food prep, inventory, and safety. Support training programs and enhance staff morale. Handle cash-out procedures and POS training. Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff. Open and close the restaurant as needed.Qualifications:
Experience in restaurant supervision preferred. Proficient in purchasing, sanitation, and other restaurant functions. ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification or equivalent. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
