Shift Team Leader

Acting as a representative of Mitie acting as a Shift Team Leader in a critical environment, you will be responsible for carrying out work as delegated by the Shift Manager, where you will have the operational responsibility to deliver a first-class service upon the contracted PPM and Reactive works conducted across site.

You will be working on a shift pattern, hours between 06:00 – 18:00 and 18:00 – 06:00 as stated below:

2 Days 2 Nights On, 4 Off 2 Days 3 Nights On, 4 Off 3 Days 2 Nights On, 4 Off

 

Your day to day responsibilities will include overseeing a team of onsite engineers to delegate and ensure all maintenance activities on critical infrastructure is completed accordingly and in a timely manner, providing hands-on support where applicable.

You will ensure all paperwork and works are completed to the highest standards and in line with H&S guidelines and customer specifications.

We are looking for someone who has:

Electrical Qualifications – Level 3 or Equivalent Experience working in a critical environment Ability to ensure maintenance activities are completed within scope of the contract IOSH is desirable
