Continues Monitoring of truck whereabouts and direct communication with the truckers owner 2. Manages direct connection with the customer regarding all directives and delivery goals 3. Leads direction on the truck allocation and supports all DHL global, regional, and country initiatives 4. Gives feedback on concerns and issues encountered during and after deliveries 5. Ensure implementation of DHL operational policies and procedures 6. Generate reports to provide progress on proof of delivries and URC available unit 7. In charge of keeping and monitoring truck availability and maintaining regular contact with the driver and the customerRequirementsDegree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any related courses Min 3 years of experience in overseeing an operational functional team Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageousProficient in MS Office applications Must be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of more than 100, and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customer Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
