Inspect to ensure that products meet established quality standards and quantities are correct for each orderPerform final machining, finishing, and assembly operations on aluminum polesPerform drilling, painting and component installation on aluminum polesBundle, crate, box and wrap products to be shipped to protect the finished product from freight damage Load truck with finished productWhat it takes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDOne year experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environmentAbility to accurately perform basic arithmetic calculationsAbility to read and work with prints, drawings and work documentsAbility to accurately take measurements using close tolerance measuring instrumentsAcceptable attendance and prior employment record
Highly qualified candidates will also possess:
Familiarity with radial saws, hand tools, overhead cranes and general shop safetyMust be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional resultsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
