**Job Title: Shipper and Receiver** **Job Description** Individuals will be working for a pharmaceutical company that supplies clinics with allergen medicine. You will be working in a small warehouse where your main tasks will include picking, packing, and shipping products. **Responsibilities** + Work in a small warehouse setting, handling tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping products. + Use pump trucks to receive products. + Learn how to prepare the dock plate. + Handle products that need to stay under room temperature and are kept in fridges. + Pick orders manually using a pick sheet, with most products being small and weighing up to 20 lbs, though some boxes may weigh up to 50 lbs. + Follow strict SOPs as regulated by Health Canada, paying close attention to detail. + Use SAP for various tasks. + Process packages through FedEx systems and other carrier systems; training will be provided, but familiarity is beneficial. + Use ATS Healthcare to ship products. + Keep the facility clean and organized, ensuring that products sent out are not expiring. + Inform the manager about products that need to be replenished. + Handle mostly domestic shipments, with occasional international shipments (training provided). **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in order picking. + 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience. + Experience working with SOPs. + Strong computer skills. + Experience in a regulated industry and inventory management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with SAP. + Reach Truck License (preferred). **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean and family-style work environment. The environment is very clean due to the pharmaceutical nature of the products. The shift is Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with one unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks. Candidates must be comfortable with small spaces and must wear steel-toed shoes. The product is fragile, so attention to detail is crucial.
