Position Summary
Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems. Involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area. Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines.
Accountabilities
Plans daily work of team, allocates and prioritizes tasks to ensure flow of material is continuous and on-timeCoordinates with Logistics/Planning/Purchasing and Manager to meet Quality and On-Time Delivery.Maintains ability to perform all functions within team in order to back-fill and train.Maintains all procedures for the processes used to execute functions of the teamEnsure these processes are followed and carried out in safe and timely manner through performance management and process definitionEnsure proper 5S practices are followed, and that areas, including docks, are kept clean and orderlyEnsures accuracy of inbound and outbound materials through physical verification, documentation and transactionsUses sound judgement to resolve, reconcile and correct inventory discrepancies while driving continuous improvementResponsible for material presentation and storage of material to ensure efficient material movement, safe storage and optimization of spaceExecution and set-up of warehouse Kanban and ConsignmentOther duties as assigned.Critical Competencies / Core Behaviours:

Minimum High School Diploma: Logistics/Materials Management disciplines preferredMinimum 5 years’ experience in material handling, warehousing, shipping/receiving or related experienceMust have strong understanding of ERP and transactional processesMust have a good working knowledge of Kan-Ban processes.Requires associate to pass fork truck driving testLeadership experience preferredBasic Computer and technology skills (i.e. able to use handheld scanners)US ONLY:
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $24.00 - $26.93 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
