Sales Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:- Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving of goods, including documentation and inspection. - Inventory Management: Perform cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and accurate inventory counts.- Order Fulfillment: Pull stock to fill customer orders and prepare shipments using ERP and transportation software.- Data Entry: Ensure accurate data entry and processing as per sales order requirements.- Housekeeping: Maintain general housekeeping for the shipping area and warehouse.- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks, and handle physical duties like palletizing products.- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate clearly, work well in a team, and be flexible to work overtime on short notice.- Dependability and Initiative: Be dependable, a self-starter, and willing to cross-train.
Qualifications for the roleHigh School Diploma or CAEC equivalent.2-4 years experience in a similar role.Forklift license, Order picker and Reach truck license.Experience on counterbalance, order picker and reach trucks.Able to handle physical tasks; required Ability to Lift up to 50Lbs.Basic understanding and experience in working with hand tools.Mechanically skilled or inclined an asset.SAP experience an asset.
