We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Assistant to join our team!

Roles and Responsibilities

Review and check quality of items before final packing and distribution Pack and distribute finished items Manage daily work flow and deadlines and execute your share of daily jobs Shipping materials as needed  Offloading, physical receiving materials & checking materials for code compliance, customer requirements Order equipment from vendors and complete all necessary documentation Perform other duties as required 

 

Required Skills 

Professional, approachable and customer-service oriented Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Good mathematical and analytical skills Ability to prioritize workloads and utilize planning & time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines Create open communication within team and organization Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Adobe, CAD, Solidworks)

 

Required Experience 

Experience in construction with a focus in mechanical and/or electrical operations is considered an asset Forklift experience considered an asset

 

Additional Requirements

City travel may be required Must have a clean driving record and abstract
